Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy:
All EZFrost machines purchased directly from Belknap Automation carry a One Year Warranty from purchase date, against manufacturing defects or failure. Should your machine fail for any reason during the first year we will gladly replace it free of charge. For warranty claims please call our customer service department at 423-838-6262.
Extended Warranty Policy:
Your EZFrost machine should give you years of trouble free service. However, we strongly recommend you consider purchasing our Extended Warranty. The Extended Warranty is designed to ensure you are never without your EZFrost machine for more than a few days should you experience problems.
The Extended Warranty:
- Is available at a cost of $300.00/year
- Must be purchased prior to the expiration of the Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
- Cannot be renewed if the Extend Warranty is allowed to lapse
The Extended Warranty process:
You should:
- Call our customer service department at 423-838-6262 immediately if your EZFrost machine fails
- Have a credit card available. (this allows us to place a “hold” charge until we receive the faulty machine back from you)
- Return the faulty machine as soon as you receive the replacement machine
We will:
- Place a hold on your credit card for the price of a new machine (this will be released as soon as we receive the faulty machine back from you)
- Ship you a replacement machine within 24 hours
- Provide instructions and packaging for returning the faulty machine
