Return/Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide you with high quality products and services that bring value to your business. However, should you decide to return any item, for any reason, we will gladly accept it back under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days
- The returned item must be in good condition
- You must call our customer service department at 423-838-6262 and get a Return Authorization number (RA#) prior to returning the item
- There will be a restocking fee of 10% of purchase price or $100 whichever is less
