Delivery Policy
We are normally able to ship your EZFrost machine within one week of receiving the order. However, occasionally it may take up to eight weeks. When we receive your order we will give you an estimated shipping date. All shipments come with a tracking number which will be sent to you at the time of shipment.
Your EZFrost machine will be shipped by standard freight and arrive at your door on a truck that normally has a lift gate on it. The shipping crate with the machine and all accessories weighs approximately 160 lbs. Unpacking instructions will be included on the package.
It’s very important that you inspect the box the machine comes in for any visible damage before accepting the shipment. If the box is in good shape the machine inside should also be in good shape. We have not had any damaged machines to date. However, should you have any problems please call our customer service department at 423-838-6262.
